a. Prize draw is open to entrants aged 18 or over who are UK residents, who are members of Instagram and who are followers of the @joinmettle Instagram account. Prize draw is not open to employees of NatWest Group plc. of companies, their families or anyone associated with this prize draw.
b. Entry is via Instagram only. Entries must be submitted by liking the post and leaving a comment on the prize draw Instagram post tagging another Instagram member. Each comment counts as a new entry.
c. Entries are not returnable. They, and the copyright for them, become the property of the promoter and entrants agree to execute such further documents, and do any act that may be necessary or desirable, to ensure ownership of such copyright vests in the Promoter.
d. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules will be disqualified.
e. The prizes will be awarded to 1 entrant who will be chosen at random by an impartial selection system.
f. The prize consists of 2 x tickets to see Kiss in London on the 5 July 2023. The prize is not transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
g. The winner of the prize draw will be informed on Instagram via direct message from @joinmettle to the account that was used to enter the prize draw. The winner will also be announced via an Instagram story on the channel @joinmettle and contacted by direct message on 28 June 2023.
h. The promoter reserves the right to publish or make available such information as is necessary to demonstrate that a valid award took place including, if appropriate, the surname of the winners and copies of the winning entries.
i. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winners the promoter will be entitled to choose the next best entrant from the prize draw to claim the prize.
j. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
